The turning point wasn't a breakthrough moment; it was an act of deep self-compassion. I finally looked at my exhausted self and granted the grace I would have given a best friend. I realized my worth was not a destination to be earned, but a fact to be accepted. I learned to gently step off the machine, trading fear-driven control for unshakeable trust. Now, my mission is to guide you to this same place of stability. My life is defined by a deep, sustaining inner peace that allows me to lead from my full cup, not an empty battery.
